Guest guest
Yes liquid works faster. I remember when I was looking for a B12 in a health food store. The guy told me to buy a liquid B12 instead of the tablet, because liquid goes to the blood stream faster. I did not know Melantonin came in drop form. I have been occasionally taking Melantonin 1 mg. pill form. Good to know there is a liquid that works faster. Diane Reply to: I am writing out of town on a new laptop which is stressful BUT I have been reading your comments on Melatonin in the drops. I went to a local health food store and got a bottle by Source Naturals (orange flavored). I put 2 droppersful under my tongue and, while I was reading, I could barely stay awake. This worked very well. When I started to come-to around 5am, I took another dropperful and went back to sleep again. This was wonderful advice and I feel that it works better than my time-released Melatonin. I am grateful for your shared experiences on sleep problems. This was soooo helpful!
