Melatonin dose

Hi, I did try the 5HTP but went back to the melatonin--1 or 3 mg before bed.

Mainly because Melatonin also is a cancer preventive. I can now get some

restful sleep with the 1 mg. of melatonin. Have a nice night Fran

None øf know everything, but I have learned to respect the chemical

power of our brains: Consider trying the supplement 5-HTP, 50mg about

30 minutes before bedtime. 5-HTP is the pre-cursor of melatonin and

will help your brain work better in doing its' job.
