Guest guest
Thanks for the tip, Dorothee. I'll give dates a try. I don't have a mobile phone, nor do I have a microwave. I usually turn all the electrical stuff off at night except for the fridge and the stove also stays plugged in (though not running!). A night light in the bathroom (LED) and a salt lamp are the only things running Vince On 4/3/08, Dorothee Krien <dorotheekrien wrote: > > Vince, > > Dates are very high in tryptophan, the amino acid that is needed to > produce > melatonin and - in turn - serotonin. > > You will most likely notice a nerve calming effect soon. Guest guest
THE TABLET MENTIONED IN MY EARLIER MESSAGE IS 5-HTP; NOT Melatonin (5-HTP will not disturb your sleep-pattern, while Melatonin dosages can cause sleeplessness). , " painfredoc " <drhow1 wrote: > > One tablet, 50mg,about 30 minutes before bedtime should do it.
