Thanks for the tip, Dorothee. I'll give dates a try.

I don't have a mobile phone, nor do I have a microwave. I usually turn all

the electrical stuff off at night except for the fridge and the stove also

stays plugged in (though not running!). A night light in the bathroom

(LED) and a salt lamp are the only things running

THE TABLET MENTIONED IN MY EARLIER MESSAGE IS 5-HTP; NOT Melatonin

(5-HTP will not disturb your sleep-pattern, while Melatonin dosages

can cause sleeplessness).
