I used to have trouble getting to sleep because of tinnitus, but solved the

problem with calcium. 5-HTP also worked when I tried it for headaches, but

calcium seems safer. I take my usual dose at bedtime and I'm out in 15 minutes

and sleep through.

Be careful with melatonin. If the dose you take is too much for

you, you will not be able to sleep. I sleep much better taking

ornithine with tryptophan.
