ive been going to a chiropractor once every 2 weeks for a year now and

yes it has worked great. i had terrible posture, forward neck,

hunch back and now 80 percent of that is fixed.

Ive been doing this neck exercise where you put a mask like thing on

with a 5 pound ball hanging off of it and you lie on your back and

lean off the bed a little.

Ive been doing it for 2 months with no problems, but after

thursday.. I got up after doing it and i almost passed out and i was

very dizzy and had like a vertigo feeling whatever that is.

It happened again saturday after doing ab crunches. I also get dizzy

if i bend forward and lean over and my left ear does ring a little . it

has been ringing for ten years but with the chiro adjustments about 50

percent of that went away. Its hard to explain if its a almost passed

out feeling, dizziness, vertigo, glazed eyes, offbalance because ive

never passed out or been dizzy before ever.

But about 20 percent of that has came back and i also get a dizzy like

So do i have ear trouble, stroke symptoms,, is it a part of the healig

process. Did i overdue the stretching , thanks for any help.

I will see him again on tuesday and tell him

Pleased to hear your chiropractor is helping you. However, I'm of the

FIRM belief you do not have to 'marry' your doctor. If you aren't

relieved of your problem in 4-6 visits, you may not be in the right

doctors' office. Obviously, you're stil having problems after two

years. Sounds like a visit to a good internist (MD) & a Naturopath wil

get you on the right path to wellness.

Sounds like you really do not know what the problem is behind your

symptoms. STOP treating your symptoms: it is not GOOD medicine; find

out what is causing your symptoms and get rid of the cause! That's why

we have well-trained doctors. Stop playing doctor and see one; there

are still those among us who work beyond the 'fee'...
