I was lucky to get 3-4 hours most of the time, so when I did sleep I needed to get some GOOD sleep. I found that Tryptophan worked great and was not groggy at all. WWEELL that was taken off the market and I went to Melatonin and at that time I needed 3 mg. to get rest. That went on for a long time at 3mg. and now I only need 1 mg. I was first told by and ND to try 1-3 mg to see what would fork for me and also told that if one does not need it, it will not work for them either. I have had friend that used it and it didn't work at all. They might as well have taken a glass of
Guest guest
I am writing out of town on a new laptop which is stressful BUT I have been reading your comments on Melatonin in the drops. I went to a local health food store and got a bottle by Source Naturals (orange flavored). I put 2 droppersful under my tongue and, while I was reading, I could barely stay awake. This worked very well. When I started to come-to around 5am, I took another dropperful and went back to sleep again. This was wonderful advice and I feel that it works better than my time-released Melatonin. I am grateful for your shared experiences on sleep problems. This was soooo helpful!
