Hi Dorothy,

I have a very dear friend who has RA who due to another condition

can't be treated for it...they mostly feed her pain meds and try to

keep her comfortable. I make her bath salts with some MSM in them,

along with my usual bath salt mix. The scents vary to give her some

variety--lavender to relax, citrus EO's to help perk her up, and her

favorite scent is freesia so I make those too.

HTH,

Serra

was hoping that if someone had a recipe that they had had great success with and

wouldn't mind sharing it, it would be much quicker. I feel badly for the poor

man as he is in such pain lately.

In this one it's pretty easy. The acupuncture should work at least for a few

days

immediately. If you are successful with this then you may be closer to try the

herbs. She

can then make some judgements for herself.
