Guest guest
I am 76 years old. Around two years years now, I have been breaking out in red round spots on my lower arm. Usually when it starts, for over a course of week, one - three will occur. They are from 1/4' to 1/2 " . They will sometimes spread out where they are no longer a circle. I asked my Doctor and the answer was it is just age. My thoughts are, " Yes, it could be age but caused by the lack of something I am not absorbing. " It angers me to get the age answer, if I were younger they would try to figure it out. I am in excellent health and very active. Any suggesting? Guest guest
Any redness is a pitta dosha imbalance in Ayurveda. Drink more water, eat bitter things like greens and bitter herbs, don't eat citrus, especially tomatoes and any type of pepper. Do not eat red foods and stay away from spicy and sour foods. Those spots will most likely go away in a couple of days. GB , " doris_ann32 " <doris_ann32 wrote: > > I am 76 years old.
