Guest guest
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23830845 The above link carries a story of a woman who had to remove jewelry, nipple rings, before boarding a plane. I recall having to leave a six inch watch chain with security to get into a courthouse. Somehow I think we have entered the land of absurdity. Can a person hijack a plane with a nipple ring; or attack armed gaurds in a courthouse with a small chain? Of course not; and what makes all this so asinine is that any moron, even those responsible for enforcing such irrational rules, knows that this is true. Yet, there is blind compliance, lockstep, idiotic conformity with rules. Of course it is just part of the scenery in a land where one must allow strangers to pour through their piss, blood, feces, or saliva to be elgible for a job; and where most 1 out of 100 people either know someone or are in a prison themselves. In Texas the ratio is much lower, ie more folks in jail. Personally I would rather have my dignity and be free from unreasonable searches than to live in a police state with absurd enforcement of rules. We were a hell of a lot " safer " before all this...at least safer from our own abusive government. Its time for American citizens to reclaim their Constitution and run the fascists out of office.
