I've used it for 15 yrs now, in treating my panic attacks. Also through cognative therapy, I've learned to let myself cry & be angry. I was raised hearing " stop your crying or I'll give you something to cry about. " So you grow up, shoving everything down & keeping everything in. (this is especially true, if your a man.) It took me along time to let the tears flow. And for my anger, puching bags, kick-boxing (thank God I had 2 boys), beating the crap & dirt out of my rugs, hanging on my clothes-line.
