Maybe the intensive Kundalini is not for you.Try regular yoga or Tai chi 20 to 30 min. 3 days a week. Its best to eat 3 small meals a day (steam veggies), and reduce sugar and dairy intake, use only cold pressed olive oil. Eating foods that are rich in magnesium, potassium, and calcium.
