Guest guest
Sometimes high blood pressure is not just physical, but can come from emotional stress too. Try meditating, and walk in nature. Maybe the intensive Kundalini is not for you.Try regular yoga or Tai chi 20 to 30 min. 3 days a week. Its best to eat 3 small meals a day (steam veggies), and reduce sugar and dairy intake, use only cold pressed olive oil. Eating foods that are rich in magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Take a good Multi Vitamin, Mega C, Omega 3, Coenzyme Q10 (CO-Q10), Minerals: Magnesium, potassium, and calcium, and Arginine, and L-Carnitine. Go online and check a Homeopathic remedy (there are quite a few), it goes according to your symptoms. You have to experiment and see what works for you. I heard of these remedies to Hypertension: Hawthorn (Crataegus, various species). Kudzu (Pueraria lobata). Chinese Garlic (Allium sativum), Fish oil, Flax seeds. Saffron (Crocus sativus). Diane I've been having problems with my blood pressure readings for the last 3 months, the readings are in and around the 157/87 mark no matter what time of the day I take it.. my heart beats vary and are in and around the 57 - 65 beats per min. I don't take any supplemental drugs as we speak.. I eat a pretty healthy diet, mostly fruits and vegies every day, I seldom eat more than
