Guest guest Posted March 26, 2008 Report Share Posted March 26, 2008 I've been having problems with my blood pressure readings for the last 3 months, the readings are in and around the 157/87 mark no matter what time of the day I take it.. my heart beats vary and are in and around the 57 - 65 beats per min. I don't take any supplemental drugs as we speak.. I eat a pretty healthy diet, mostly fruits and vegies every day, I seldom eat more than 2 meals a day..I'm 62 years old and I do intensive Kundalini Yoga at least once a week.. I don't work full time anymore, I drink LOTS of water every day.. I'm a Caucasian Canadian (white) and single ( never married).. Is there any natural medecine that can help this high blood pressure? without going the conventional route, I don't particularly enjoy the idea of taking pharmaceutical drugs..
