I would suggest a little prune juice with breakfast; also, a daily salad (with

extra virgin olive oil as a dressing).

u can get ISABGOL husk in indian shops which will help for constipations. it is

also a husk from a flower.

I can recommend a product that says for adults and children. Yerba Prima

Psyllium Whole Husks. You add it to water or juice. I believe its only sold in a

health store or online.

also try this: a glass of Prune Juice at night follwed by a glass of
