Does anyone have any suggestions for losing weight and keeping blood sugar low? I have tried a few things, but they were a waste of money (coconut oil ?, some type of amino acid pill, etc.). Guest guest
Have you researched chromium or had hair analysis to find out which mineral are deficient? Dianne
Guest guest
Did any of you happen to see 60 minutes the other night when they did a piece on sleep depravation. They found perfectly healthy people after six nights of less that 8 hours of night ended having their blood sugar go off and developed Diabetes type 2. The people fully recovered after being able to recover enough sleep, but also an interesting thing was the people who where deprived sleep ate way more then they normally would, lack of sleep made the brain lose the ability to tell the stomach it was full. Makes since to me in our country where people do not sleep enough, they are over worked, over weight and diabetes is a big problem even with children. Here is the story, if you do not want to read the whole thing go to page 4. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/03/14/60minutes/main3939721.shtml Katu - Dudley Delany Tuesday, March 18, 2008 3:22 PM Re: << >> Diabetes help ??
