Guest guest
Sorry I was so late in seeing this message........it sounds a lot like it might be Restless Leg Syndrome. I have had this. When it is actually happening, I get up and take a small amount of protein drink, a vitamin B complex, and a calcium/magnesium supplement and usually can go back to sleep in about 20 min. I have found that I get it when I eat too much sugar. The body uses B vitamins and Calcium to aid in digestion of sugar and simple carbs like white flour and white rice, etc. The protein helps to counter the reaction to carbs.
