I don't know much about your fibro, but I have heard and read that the raw

food diet is very helpful in turning your body around towards getting in tip

top health. But also incorporate fish as well. Fish (healthy kind) is very

good for the body.

I have also heard many good things about the macrobiotic diet in terms of

being in the utmost health. Thankfully there are so many good books out there

(now) that help guide you in the right way of doing raw or macro.

Do some research on macro...you might be interested in what you find and

more importantly how you feel. Both of these diets will make your immune

system

better than it's ever been.
