The most popular is the GTS brand. it's alright but there is a better out of California called A F Kombucha. Their products are EXCELLENT but expensive. If you want to buy it that is the best one around. It also takes a whie to get it. I am currently trying to figure out how to make my own. I have not heard of any bad reactions to kombucha. It IS an acquired taste. The first time my friend and I got together and tried the AF Kombucha, we were zipping around all day. Hope this helps. Guest guest Posted March 10, 2008 Report Share Posted March 10, 2008 I was a smoker for years and decided to quit starting with internal cleansers and the like but I got the kombucha and it stopped my cravings completely.
