If you don't have the time or inclination to cook something consider

this healing oil with no additives or preservatives made purely from

Frankincense and sesame oil. It works quickly and easily for bug

bites/stings, poison ivy, other wounds and scars.

But please understand this is not the essential oil of Frankincense

which should NOT be put on an open wound.

juice. I pour hot but not quite boiling water on either fresh or

dried basil and let it steep for at least an hour. Don't use too

much water since you want this to be strong! Then I apply the juice

to the itchy spot and the swelling usually goes right down. And

leftover juice is put in the fridge for the next bite.
