Guest guest Posted March 7, 2008 Report Share Posted March 7, 2008 In separate bowls mix dry and wet ingredients: Dry: 3/4 c brown rice flour 1/2 c tapioca flour 1/2 c arrowroot flour 1 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 c cocoa 1 c sugar 3/4 tsp salt 2 1/4 tsp guar gum Wet: 2/3 c canola oil 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 cup water 2 eggs 3/4 c apple sauce Add wet to dry. Mix with hand mixer on low. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes until done. Enjoy! -- Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
