I heard there is a new rescue remedy out specifically for sleep and it's called Rescue Remedy Sleep. Maybe it works even better. A friend uses valerian tincture before bed and finds it helps. I have used melatonin before but prefer the rescue remedy. I put it on a big, newly sprouting pimple and it just withered up and disappeared the same day. I could not believe this...after all of the acne remedies I have tried that were useless. I also bought Mandarin Red because I read it helped promote sleep. I put it on my hands and under my nostrils and we shall see tonight. Someone suggested chamomile and I have tried drinking chamomile tea before bed many times in the past and it has never done a thing. Would the chamomile essential oil perhaps be more effective?
