Guest guest
Does anyone know which oils are good to inhale for stress and anxiety relief? Lavender? How about to mix into olive oil for topical use for muscular aches and pain? Oregano, basil, peppermint, what? I've been doing a lot of research on the web but am now looking for personal experience. I did note that someone someday recommended Rescue Rememdy for anxiety and I do plan to get some and try that. Thanks for any insight you can offer. Guest guest
Lavander is good also add clary sage, to it . almond oil or professional massage oil is better than olive oil. Massage wearhouse is a good place to buy. assisipittrice <nlamers wrote: Does anyone know which oils are good to inhale for stress and anxiety relief? Lavender? Guest guest
You could try homeopathic arnica montana for muscular aches and pain and I do find that lavender is good for stress. assisipittrice <nlamers Monday, February 25, 2008 12:33:30 PM Essential oils, aromatherapy Does anyone know which oils are good to inhale for stress and anxiety relief? Guest guest
I highly recommend essential oil of lavender for stress relief. Bergamot is nice too, it is what is used in Earl Grey tea. Personally I prefer grapeseed oil as a base, it has no scent like olive oil, which can detract from the essential oil. Important...make certain you use Essential Oil and not Fragrance oil. Fragrance oil is synthetic, made in a lab, and very toxic. Essential oil is pure plant essence. It matters. I have found a very inexpensive source for essential oils..Crafty Bubbles is the brand name distributed by Bolek's Crafts. Their lavender is extracted on the premises and is of excellent quality. I cannot believe how inexpensive it is!
Guest guest
Hi Nancy, You could also use Chammamile. I use another essential mix called " cycles " by Natures sunshine products. www.naturessunshine.com (website listed on the bottle) Along with the Bach Rescue Remedy, I use a product called " Calms " by hylands. If you can learn some breathing exercises, that will also be helpful. If you need any help with that, email off group and I can see if I can help. Sonya SE michigan Never miss a thing.
