Hello I am Pleased to Be Here :)

I have A ? for the Group I recently Had a request to do distance

healing for a Mentally challenged person in my opinion permission is

required for reiki or other types of healing work to begin.

My question Is If that person cant or Wont accept they have a problem

or need help.How can we help this person? This person's friend Was VERY

upset with me for rejecting them to help.

I realize that not all can or should be helped but it seems that there

should have been something that could have been done.
