Guest guest
There has been some very good natural information on sinus and head congestion along with ear trouble. Something that I found and I don't believe it was mentioned in relation to sinus problems is a " parasite cleanse. " I was congested for years and was unable to breathe properly through my nostrils. I did a parasite cleanse and unbelieveably I was able to breathe again " clearly " through my nose, something that hadn't taken place for years. I later discovered that the nasal cavity is a favorite to parasites. After a year I was starting to get the stuffiness back so I did another parasite cleanse and again cleared my sinus'...so tried and true if you are having issues with your sinus' try a parasite cleanse...it might help or not but if it does it is a wonderful feeling to be able to breathe through your nose clearly. I've used the 3% food grade peroxide in my ears as drops when I start to have slight ear discomfort and it takes it right away then I do not use again until I have the same discomfort which isn't frequent. I also swish my mouth with the 3% food grade peroxide daily after brushing and have for quite some time and my tongue is not black and hairy. Something else I do after I rinse my toothbrush is spray it with the peroxide and I again just before I use it. Bonnie Frownfelter
Guest guest
Sounds to me like the 3% food grade peroxide might dislodge the parasite whether it's in your nose/sinuses, ears or mouth. I will have to try it. I currently am using a nasal wash that does just that. But it's expensive. I have very narrow sinuses according to an MRI. And finite particles get caught in there. If it happens to be something like a piece of mold from outdoors, I have reactions which are unpleasant and must expel it. But other stuff (i.e., dust, particle board) will make me all stuffy and uncomfortable. ** if you garden, you can easily breathe in other living things too when taking in deep breaths
