Peroxide in Ears-

Does anyone know how often you can use peroxide in your ears? several times a

day? I read that if you gargle with it daily for a week or so you can get a

black hairy tongue- and this actually happened to me- I'm worried about

overdoing my ears and getting black hairy ears!

-peroxide's a bit harsh but I've never heard of anyone getting black hairy ears

from it. It

just causes tissue damage as well as killing bacteria. It kills everything by

causing the cell

walls to explode. ( fun to watch in a microscope) if you use it too much it will

throw off the

flora balance in your skin, I would only use it for symptomatic overgrowth.

 

having a good diet is a good way of keeping balance. Avoid blood sugar spikes.

I do not perceive hydrogen peroxide as being good to use daily;

 

I recommend hydrogen peroxide once a week; hydrogen peroxide on a daily

basis makes the ears to mosit where they harbor bacteria;

prob. what happend with your mouth;

 

A Black Tongue can also be caused by A Deficiency of NIACIN VIT. B3. --

Would you please explain " black hairy ears " ? Also tongue? I hope

you don't mean literally.
