Psoriasis can also be an Autoimmune disease! Does anyone else suffer from

autoimmune disorders here? If so, it's a tricky minefield, as things like

Exchinacea and Spirulina stimulate an immune system which is already over

excited

and attacking it's own healthy cells and tissues! The key is to strike a

balance and get an efficient immune system rather than an overworking one! So,

foods and supplements etc which modulate, rather than stimulate seems to be the

key! Still learning!

for Psoriasis, make a paste of Neem Leaves, and turmeric (both fresh) and apply

twice a day, stay on sunlight for an hour each for few days. Definitely there is

a cure. Avoid non-veg, fatty and oily food + sugar.
