Hi,

My ND told me I have fb'cystic breasts- they were quite painful at times, espec

on one side- She prescribed Mastos Breast oil from www.stfrancisherbfarm.com and

now I have no more pain! I used it every day for awhile and then dropped off to

3x/week. Susun Weed also has instructions I believe on her website how to make

your own breast oil from dandelions maybe and olive oil- never tried it but I

love Susun Weed's book on menopause/perimenopause.
