If you are eating factory foods, you are most likely consuming MSG, a flavor

enhancer that damages brain cells and leads to serious neurological

diseases.

The additives that always contain MSG are hydrolyzed vegetable protein,

hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed plant protein, plant protein extract, sodium

caseinate, calcium caseinate, yeast extract, textured protein, autolyzed yeast

and hydrolyzed oat flour.

Additives that frequently contain MSG are malt extract, malt flavoring,

bouillon, broth, stock, flavoring, natural flavoring, natural beef or chicken

flavoring, seasoning and spices.

Additives that may contain MSG or that can be high in naturally occurring

glutamate are carrageenan, enzymes, soy protein concentrate, soy protein

isolate and whey protein concentrate.

The bottom line is that if you are reading labels, you are not eating real

food. Real food doesn’t need flavor enhancers. It’s delicious on its own.
