Guest guest
Hi All! Well, you shouldn't be crossing your legs---such a common habit, and so hard to break that inclination. I had hip joint problems for years, and my chiropractor insisted I break that habit. It took me a long time, and persistant correction, but the inclination is long gone. Of course, periodic visits to the chiropractor helped, but since I started going to the gym, I must have strengthened muscles there, and haven't had problems for years. The 2 are probably bad for business, and it's probably not a good idea to exercise right away, but keep it on your list of things to do, when you're doing better. Chiropractic adjustments may be helpful, and here too, re-training your body takes time and persistance. Possibly consider a natural anti-inflammatory, and those bones of yours may not slip out again so easily. Plenty of good advice and experiences here, and I hope you find what you need. Guest guest
-When I had it I had a physical therapist recommend exercises but it hurt to do them. Eventually the sciatica went away on its own. Took a little over a year. -- In , " alwarpetshan " <alwarpetshan wrote: > > can somebody tell me the best and quick treatment for schiatica.there > is numbness in a portion my rightleg from hip to little finger, after > disc prolapse.prolapse was treated for but numbness developed after > that is still remaining.it does not hurt me but unable to sit cross > legs.thanks >
