Anyone know how to treat swollen ankles?

I've been to 4 doctors. They tried diuretics and changed my blood pressure

medicine to Diovan,but my ankles still swell every day. Can you suggest a home

remedy to make the swelling disappear? Thanks.

Pl may take the advice of acupuncturist, there is permanant cure to your

problem.

Do inverted yoga postures like shoulderstand and plough. You can do

a google search.

This worked for me. 1/2 tsp cream of tartar in a

glass of orange juice right before you go to bed at night. Do it for

a couple weeks, you'll see a difference.
