Guest guest
Hi there, Try equal amounts of sage and salt, bake in moderate oven for about 30 mins, let cool and rub into teeth. I had blackened teeth and this fixed the problem but it took a while and a few goes at it. Guest guest
Try rubbing fresh strawberry juice on your teeth. This is an old method that has been use by herbalist for generations. eric2172 <eric2172 wrote: anybody here can suggest a herbal plant to whiten teeth? thanks for any help! Never miss a thing. Guest guest
Have you ever heard of oil pulling? I just started so I don't have real results yet, but here's a link that you can read about it: http://www.oilpulling.com/ I know a few people that swear by it to help whiten their teeth and strengthen their gums. As far as the other claims that I've read online, I'm not so sure Here is another link that doubts some of the claims, but does agree with the benefits to your mouth: http://www.lisabarger.com/oil_pulling_debunked.html Peace, Susan - joe dennis Thursday, January 31, 2008 3:25 PM Re: herbal to whiten teeth?
