Hi there,

Try equal amounts of sage and salt, bake in moderate oven for about 30 mins, let

cool and rub into teeth. I had blackened teeth and this fixed the problem but it

took a while and a few goes at it.

CHeers,

Cara

Most tooth whiteners reduce the tooth's resistive capacity to stain

in the future.

A safe, herbal: PEELU DENTAL FIBERS available at most health foor

stores.

Try rubbing fresh strawberry juice on your teeth. This is an old method that

has been use by herbalist for generations.

Have you ever heard of oil pulling? I just started so I don't have real results

yet, but here's a link that you can read about it: http://www.oilpulling.com/

I know a few people that swear by it to help whiten their teeth and strengthen

their gums. As far as the other claims that I've read online, I'm not so sure

:) Here is another link that doubts some of the claims, but does agree with the

benefits to your mouth: http://www.lisabarger.com/oil_pulling_debunked.html

Peace,

Susan

HI there,

The blackness on my teeth was surface blackness from smoking tobacco I think so

it wasn't too hard to remove.
