Guest guest
The other month I posted asking what I could do to aid in my coffee withdraw symptoms. I now suspect that ingesting a small amount of aspartame on the same day(s) I drink coffee could be a major part of the problem. A quick Google search reveals that aspartame withdraw symptoms are similar to caffeine withdraw symptoms. It may only take a small amount of aspartame, such as a single breath mint, to trigger the withdraw reactions. My body/brain has never liked aspartame since it first appeared on the market in the '80's. From a aspartame web page, " Aspartame releases a neurotransmitter called aspartate during digestion. This neurotransmitter is allowed to cross ... the blood-brain barrier " Remember the synergistic effect drugs and poisons can have when taken together. Like the DAN doctors say, if one combines the LD1 (lethal dose that kills 1% of the population) of mercury with the LD1 dose of lead, you do NOT have a LD2 (kills 2% of the population) but LD100, which will kill 100%.
