I would recommend the book " Australian Bush Flower Healing " by Ian White

ISBN-10: 073380053X

This group is mostly for people using Australian Bush Flower Essences

Dynamis might be the best combination to take IMO with out the side effects

of herbs.

I used to use guarana seed to zip up when I had to get up at 3AM and work.

Ginsing also helps considerably.

Haven't used the guarana..must try that one. But not everyone take Ginsing!

After being on it for a few days I went almost nuts, off the deep end so to say

lololol...cut out the Ginsing and all was well again in a couple of days.

The stuff that drives me into hyperworld (dont use these!) are those super

ephedra supplements, like stackers. Blood pressure goes way up with those.
