Lugol's iodine is probably the best thing

for instant and long lasting relief. Six drops

of the 5% strength will usually cure the

infection. Take a single drop first to rule out

any allergy to the solution, then take the six

drops. Might take a second dose in a few hours.

A Google search on " iodine " " health " will give

lots of eye-opening information on iodine,

especially interesting is how the Japanese get so

much of it and how little breast and lung cancer
