Not sure if this has been answered but with my having breast cancer that I am successfully treating with carrot juice and tumeric an internet friend that I have known for about 6 years confessed to me that she has treated her mother (stage 4 breast cancer in spine bedridden etc) with flax yogurt and honey. Two years later went from 400 cancer blood measure to 45. She was on it 3 months. No sign of progression. So yes yogurt will work. , Alobar <Alobar wrote: > > You might want to take a look at this: > http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/Budwig-diet-revision.html > > Alobar > > On 12/9/07, ronixo <ronixo wrote: > > Hi all - Probably most of you know about the great cancer (and other > > disease) preventative of flax seed oil and cottage cheese. > > > > The way I understand it, the cottage cheese helps you absorb the flax > > seed oil. > > > > I'm looking for alternatives to cottage cheese. Guest guest
If you can, use probiotic yogurt, it's easier for your body to digest and promotes the positive stomach bacteria you need. A 'staff blender' (hand held) is the best - you must blend it so thoroughly that there is no oil floating tot he surface. The only other alternative is kwark but as far as I know it's only available in Europe. I live in Holland and have been following the Budwig diet but not to the letter as neither my husband and I have cancer. BUt we are doing it as a healthy way of eating. , " jackdaw123 " <jackdaw123 wrote: > > , " ronixo " > <ronixo@> wrote: > > Yogurt is OK.
