suggestion re freedom of speech and press

I read what Ron Pauls folks say about his events etc being neglected by the

mainstream press. I decided to check this out for myself, and read every day the

coverage given to all cantidates.

What is said by Ron Paul is observable: Ron Paul is seldom if ever mentioned-

even as a debater present a few weeks ago on television, achieving record

donations in record time, or discussing critical events on national media.

I realize that corporations seem to own everything in America; and this gives

the corrupt few the means to censor or control what is printed or seen on major

media.

I hadnt fully seen the extent of how political censorship can and does work

until I began looking for mentions of Ron Paul and other cantidates that the

media apparently have decided the voters arent going to be interested in. Some

news is not reported.

I appended a copy of the polite letter I wrote one such provider and their

response. It likely will achieve nothing in itself.

But, if enough folks begin excercising what rights we have left and confront

these modern day robber barons and fascists then we can make them do the right

things.

Beyond this, if these providers (corporations provide goods or services) dont

meet our desires then we should excercise the real muscle that we have: dont

spend a dime for a week; dont go to work; turn off the computer and electricity,

dont drive or buy gasoline, and just stay home " sick " for one entire week.

Production and more importantly accounts receivable and cash flow would be

impacted considerably. Then maybe we could get unbiased news.

fair portion of coverage from corporate owned media, I have noticed

that, objectively speaking, isnt providing appropriate coverage

either. For example today I read no stories. A few days ago he made

records in fund raising, but I did not read this on .

Censorship or quietly expunging folks isnt part of an America I am part

of.Truth is something we should be proud to say that we promote. I hope

that remains true to its early heritage on this internet, and is

not swayed by lobbies of the rich and powerful or influenced by wealthy

owners.
