Guest guest
Hi RK The Bach Flower remedies are indeed homeopathic remedies. But whilst many homeopathic remedies are concerned with physical as well as emotional symptoms, the Bach Flower remedies are mainly for emotional states only. Dr. Edward Bach discovered a number of single flower essences, but the Rescue Remedy is a mix of 5 of these together and is particularly recommended for relief of stress/anxiety/trauma. Can also be used for animals. You can read a bit more here: http://www.bachflower.com/Rescue_Remedy.htm Hope this helps, Sharon
