Sorry, I have no idea how it works. my naturopath told me to spray 2

squirts under my tongue whenever I am feeling anxious or uptight.

Hi RK

The Bach Flower remedies are indeed homeopathic remedies. But whilst

many homeopathic remedies are concerned with physical as well as

emotional symptoms, the Bach Flower remedies are mainly for emotional

states only.

Dr. Edward Bach discovered a number of single flower essences, but the

Rescue Remedy is a mix of 5 of these together and is particularly

recommended for relief of stress/anxiety/trauma. Can also be used for

animals.

You can read a bit more here:

Hope this helps,

Sharon

Actually Bach flower essences are not homeopathic though both are energy

medicines the work on a different energy level.

There are other flower essences that work on more than emotions like the

Australian Bush Flower Essences it has a good physical reperatory in their

books, for animals " Animal Healing with Australian Bush Flower Essences "

by Marie Matthews and Ian White has two books Australian Bush Flower

Essences and Australian Bush Flower Healing

Google Australian Bush Flower Essences your largest near city,

province/state or country to find the nearest supplier.
