Guest guest
Hello, and thanks for all your nosebleed remedies. I will try them one by one until it works. I got the vitamin C but it is 500 mg. How many of these do I take? The dosage on the bottle is 1 tablet per day with a meal. Were the pans of water by the bedside, humidifiers? Can I just use pans of water? Thanks to who asked me to not just go off the anti-psychotics. I did that once, and it was horrible. And, it is the difference between me not working at all, or retiring in a couple of years with at least some pension and medical benefits. In time I may have to go off the meds, but for now I will try other things. Thanks! Kathleen

If your urine is clear, (and you are drinking enough water) it speaks to that your body is taking up what you are giving it to work with. When one starts to get a trace or heavy yellow, obviously the kidneys are excreting the excess. In any event it lasts only a maximum 4 hrs as a water soluable vitamin. I utilize anywhere from 5 to 20 grams a day depending on what my body is telling me via sinus activity and general state of my bodies response to whatever is going on.....internally, externally. - Kathleen R Dery Cc: Kathleen R Dery Sunday, December 02, 2007 4:17 PM nosebleeds Hello, and thanks for all your nosebleed remedies. Guest guest
They were just pans of water, not humidifiers.
