However, if bleeding does not stop in a short time or is excessive or frequent, consult your doctor. Single oils Helichrysum, Geranium, and Lavender. Lemon with Cypress. Recipe: 2 drops helichrysum or lavender 2 drops of cypress Apply to nose and back of neck. Repeat as needed. Put 1 drop helichrysum, lavender, or cypress on a tissue paper and wrap the paper around a chip of ice about the size of thumb nail. push it up under the top lip in center to the base of the nose. Hold from the outside with lip pressure. This helps to stop bleeding. Dry nose Single oils: Lavender with lemon or peppermint recipe 1: 2 drops of lavender 1 drop of myrrh Dilute in oils in 1 tsp. cold pressed virgin olive oil and rub inside the nose as needed. Supplement. AD & E Loss of smell: ( Due to Chronic Nasal Catarrh) Single oils: Basil , peppermint, goldenrod, and frankincense. Supplement: immune tune, exodus and power meal. Nasal wash with Epsom salt. Polyps ( nasal) Single oils: citronella Blends Purification Dilute in 1 tsp. vegetable oil . Apply neat with a cotton tip swab. Hope this helps someone. Blessing..
