Somes ideas I had in my notes that you could google to get more info:

 

Adrenal function

Kidney function

Heart function, which controls the kidney

Get more healthy salt such as celtic salt

Electrolyte metabolism - juicing, tomatoes, B-complex, C, E

Apple Cider Vinegar

Hawthorne for the heart

Calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, bromelain,

Uva ursi, horse chestnut, corn silk, gravel root, dandelion root, butcher's

broom, marshmallow root

Drink more water

 

Also, I find that when I eat more sweets, I retain more water.
