Yoga helped me. I calms the mind, tones and energizes the body. I started a

Yoga routine at home with Yoga videos 20 to 40 minutes a day, 3 to 4 times a

week. After a week of Yoga my joints did not creak and i felt so flexible.

Hi, I am new on this list. I do wonder what I can do because my joints

creak and I was wondering what I can do for my joints won't creak.
