Guest guest Posted November 26, 2007 Report Share Posted November 26, 2007 Any ideas on how to get my body (that is currently hating me!) to release the water it has decided to retain?? I am drinking water, but I am continuing to gain weight rapidly leading me to think it is water retention. I just read about using green tea, but that it about the only thing I have found so far. I must not be searching using the right terms! I keep getting all kinds of different " pills " but I don't know if any really are helpful or not. Thanks!
