Guest guest
Glucosamine sulfate 1500mg, chondroiton sulfate 1200mg daily helps my knees and my joints. Natural anti inflamatories like Omega 3 fish oil, vitamin C, and orac antioxidants are also very helpful. Nagla , riley ford <rly_ford wrote: > > Hi, I am new on this list. Guest guest
Hi, I am new on this list. I do wonder what I can do because my joints creak and I was wondering what I can do for my joints won't creak. Hi, I've used Tai Chi to increase my flexibility (help my joints) and increase core muscle strength. Tai Chi is very gentle exercise and it's offered inexpensively at most senior centers. I find if I don't go for a week my left knee begins to bother me. It's fine as along as I go once a week. Jeff
Guest guest
Eat oil. A good thing to take is Golden Milk. Heat up one cup milk, 1/4 tsp. turmeric and 1 tsp. almond oil. When heated, add honey to taste and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Turmeric is great for joints. GB , riley ford <rly_ford wrote: > > Hi, I am new on this list.
