Guest guest
Well, if your headaches are caused by a medical condition, like a tumor, then that needs to be checked out. But otherwise, most headaches are caused by your diet. In other words, you could very well be doing it to yourself. Is your diet the typical American diet? Then you would be too acidic. You need to try to change to a more alkaline diet, and after a few weeks I'll bet that your headaches would go away. Acidic foods are sugar, meat, breads and cereals, while salads and fruits and veggies are more alkaline. One thing you could do right away is cut way back on the acidic foods, and squeeze 1-2 lemons into a glass of water. This lemonade turns alkaline in your system, and will bring it more into balance, a neutral zone. A good book is " Alkalize or Die " . You could start with a 3 or 5-day food journal. Write down everything you eat, and don't cheat, because you really want to know what your diet is really like. Then you could look up the foods in that book, which has easy lists to follow. Good luck. Cat In a message dated 11/21/2007 3:11:29 PM Pacific Standard Time, riverhawk13 writes: I have had consistent headaches since age 18 (I am 32 now) and have taken excedrin for them. A couple years ago I cut my dose to 1 pill instead of 2, but I still need it each morning upon waking or a
