The fastest way to naturally flush the liver and gallbladder can be found at this website: http://health.gallstones/ > > I have done about 8 different flushes so far over the last 4 years and am enough of a veteran that I can say this really works and is NOT a hoax. I will do this once or twice a year now for the rest of my life. Don't listen to those who tell you it is a hoax. It works. I do the Hulda Clark liver/ gallstone flush. Even people with no gallbladder still pass stones from the liver. > Thi is a very harsh and unneccesary treatment, Hulda Clark does not have a very good reputation among herbalists, I might add- her purge and cleanse treatments are just too much. The " stones " that are passed are usually a saponified olive oil(bile and the olive oil make these little " stones " ...) A key indicator there is that people without gallbladders are passing stones through the liver- uh- do you know the physiology of the liver?! NOT possible! Also her view that everyone has parasites and should take wormwood is absolutely toxic! Yikes! What a way to view the body- as a cesspool! Drinking warm water with lemon juice as a beverage helps the gall bladder. Taking bitters before meals helps the gall bladder to secrete bile. Michael Tierra makes a product called " stone free " which has been very effective in many folks. It is made by Planetary Formulas.See a Naturopathic Physician or a GOOD chinese herbalist- there are alternatives to surgery, for sure... Guest guest
Michelle, I have done several of the olive oil/ grapefruit flushes (using epsom salt water)...and have gotten out many hard and fairly large gallstones, not the oil globules the unbelievers claim. Unless you have done this flush for yourself and seen the results first hand, you cannot comment! That would be like NOT reading a book and trying to comment on it. But then I wasn't going to argue this, on list...was I? I have nothing to lose if you want to keep your sludge and stones :-) This is probably not the place to continue this discussion, as I'm sure the moderator would jump in and ask us to go off list... so if you wish the last word whatever it is, you may.
