Guest guest
Every once in awhile you'll see something like this on Ebay and it's for silly stuff!! I swear, it's the marketing!! Did anyone ever see the Menopausal Barbie? The auction was for a Barbie doll that had been put in the oven. The person selling it had a huge story made up on how perfect Barbie was until she met Ken. Once they got married and had babies, she started putting on a little extra weight and then Ken left her, so she went on an alcoholic binge, menopause came and she started getting facial hairs, etc. It was absolutely hilarious and I think the doll went for over $1000.00!!! It was so funny that I actually printed out the auction because the story and pictures were just too good. Then, there was another auction I saw that was for an empty refrigerator box. The person who put it on ebay said the box would fit most Mother-In-Laws and ex husbands!!! It had a long story to go with it too and how you could put a t.v. in there for the doghouse husband and such. I think that box went for about $500.00 for a cardboard box!!! It's all in the presentation, you know!!! Now, I should go find some old stuff in my house and get creative!!!
