Guest guest
Yaehhh, it's soo good to have people here who actually understands Swedish :-) I thought my knowledge of the English language was pretty good, but dock (in this meaning) was something absolutely new to me. Hmm, well they don't write much about docking dogs in the novels I read, maybee that's the explanation?? Anyhow - what on earth is a Schnoodle?? A cross between Schnauzer and Poodle maybee?? Never heard of, never seen one - is that was Algie is? Just reading Schnoodle, put's some vivid imaginations in my mind - a Toy Poodle and a Risenschnautser---now we are talking ROTFLOL ;-) Ingrown hari on dogs butts??? HAHAHAHA, stupid people says stupid things! The only ingrown hair in dogs I have heard of, is a quite fateful malady that some RR pubs are born with, called Dermoid Sinus (not enturely sure about spelling here), sInce RR:s have their ridge that grows the " wrong way " along the spine. But serious breeders, have these pups removed/put down at once, since it can cause the dog very serious trouble later in life, some poor doggies have even died, so in a perfect world that wouldn't happen. But - even here, there are some people who doesn't follow the SSC:s breeding guidelines (Swedeish Kennel Club), not the ones stated by the SRRS (Swedish Rhodesian Ridgeback Society) and therefor sell pups with that deffect to people who doesn't know better. BLAAAHHH on them!!! Talking about breeding and such, Fiona will participate in a " Mental Status " test coming Saturday, where they do an evalutaion on the dogs mental stability in different situations. My sweet baby isn't exactely the bravest of them all, but anyway - it's gonna be very interesting to see how she scores. If the result is within the guidelines for breeding, we hope that Fiona will be able to find some cute guy RR and have adorable babies :-D Fragrant Blessings, Ylva
Guest guest
LOL!! Reminds me that my DH wants to breed his Teacup Chihuahua with my MIL's Pomerian. We'll have Pomahuahuas!!! I already cringe at the idea of more rat dogs in our house!! LOL!! Don't get me wrong. I kind of like my DH's dog, but my dog is my wonderful Great Dane!! Yes, they are a motley crew.
