Hi guys, just a quick update on my little experiment with inhalation

of EO's for menstrual cramps. (I've been inhaling Vitex leaf straight

from the bottle for a minute, about every thirty minutes.) It's been

about 6 and a half hours and I've had absolutely not one bit of pain.

 

Mind-boggling considering this is normally a very real pain that is

*not* psychological... which of course most woman can attest to.

I'll post an update after I try Vitex Berry tomorrow.

Hi Butch,

 

Vitex has worked better than anything I've tried, a sniff stops the

beginning of a hot flash .. I started sniffing when a hot flash was

on the way .. now here is the most amazing thing Butch .. NO MORE HOT

FLASHES AT ALL NOW!!!! I still take a sniff AM and PM .. but no sign

of hot flashes.

 

As a nurse I was skeptical about it but desperate enough and miserable

enough to try anything and I am amazed. I've praised it to everyone I

know. I'll be a lifetime customer for sure!! Thanks so much Butch!!

Hi Chris and all

Off on holiday tomorrow to a little island called Sark, one of the Channel

Islands between England and France.

There are no cars there and it's supposed to beautiful with all the spring

flowers out and very peaceful.

Hopefully will come back renewed and full of life

The oil is for sniffing .. not for ingesting .. regardless of the trials

where some of the folks ingested .. sniffing works .. if its gonna work

sniffing works .. if its not gonna work then that's life but them whut

has used it are almost all in agreement that it does work and often it

works REAL FAST .. like in seconds .. or minutes .. testimonials abound.
