I read in Natural Health about 2 weeks ago, April Issue I believe about a study being done. At the Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago by Alan Hirsch, M.D.. The case studies were give 2 tasteless but very aromatic powders to sprinkle on the food. After six months the study group had lost an average of almost 35 pounds each. The powders were loaded with the aromas of cheddar, onion, raspberry, COCOA and others the article doesn't mention. They said until the powders are available smell your food! It actually was a great article.
